This project features a Japandi interior that blends Japanese aesthetics with Scandinavian coziness. Designed for the bedroom and bathroom of an apartment in Vilnius, the interior focuses on creating a calm, private space for rest and relaxation.
The design is grounded in earthy, natural materials—wood, rattan, clay plaster, marble, and rice paper lighting. These elements bring warmth and softness, while modern accents like concrete, steel, and black metal details introduce a contemporary character.
The essence of the space lies in emotion and sensation. Thoughtful lighting, a calm color palette, and clean structural lines invite the mind to slow down. The bedroom becomes a space to read, unwind, and feel safe. The bathroom is a home spa of sorts—where soft materials and ambient lighting encourage full relaxation after a long day.
The project was developed using 3D visualizations, which allowed us to explore the atmosphere in advance and make clear, informed design decisions.
